WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

At O.D.D., we strive to ship out your order within 5 business days. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details so you can easily follow your parcel’s journey.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

For US orders, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Keep in mind that delivery times can be affected by weather conditions and holiday seasons, so they are estimates and not guaranteed. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, feel free to reach out to us!

SHIPPING COSTS:

Domestic shipping (US) will cost $5.00 USD for most items. 

Domestic shipping (US) for our larger poster prints will cost $10.00 and will ship separately. The poster will be shipped in a tube and box, this will ensure that the print arrives safely and undamaged. 

If you purchase our poster WITH additional items, shipping will be a total of $15.00. If you purchase only a poster, the total will be $10.00. 

If you purchase over $60.00, shipping is FREE. 

We understand that shipping costs can add up, and we’re doing our best to keep them as low and transparent as possible. As a small two-person team, we hope you understand that the prices you see reflect the cost of the label, mailers, and other packing supplies.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We currently ship to the US only, and we’re excited to expand our shipping options to more countries in the future. As a small team of two, we appreciate your patience and support as we work on making this happen.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN INCORRECT ADDRESS WAS USED FOR MY ORDER?

We want to make sure you get your package without any issues. If you notice any details that need correction, please contact us within 24 hours of your order confirmation. This way, we can make the necessary adjustments before your order is shipped out.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We’re unable to make changes to your order once it's been placed, but if you need to cancel it, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. We recommend double-checking all details before confirming your order to ensure everything is just right.
