WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

At O.D.D., we strive to ship out your order within 5 business days. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details so you can easily follow your parcel’s journey.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

For US orders, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. For international orders, it may take 3-6 weeks or more. Keep in mind that delivery times can be affected by weather conditions and holiday seasons, so they are estimates and not guaranteed. DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We currently ship to the US and Canada, and we’re excited to expand our shipping options to more countries in the future. As a small team of two, we appreciate your patience and support as we work on making this happen.

 

SHIPPING COSTS:

Domestic shipping (US) will cost $6.00 USD. International shipping will cost $15.00. 

We understand that shipping costs can add up, and we’re doing our best to keep them as low and transparent as possible. As a small two-person team, we hope you understand that the prices you see reflect the cost of the USPS label, mailers and other packing supplies.

We’re unable to make changes to your order once it's been placed, but if you need to cancel it, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. We recommend double-checking all details before confirming your order to ensure everything is just right.
